Maintaining your optimal health after a cleanse

Once you have flooded your body with the highest quality, organic liquid nutrition, you can expect many benefits including renewed energy, clearer skin, a reset on eating patterns, or even a reduction in any chronic issues that may have been plaguing you.

Easing back into regular eating patterns should be slow and steady, as outlined in the Welcome to the Cleanse booklet. Below is a recipe that you may find useful in the transition.

Raw Sprouted Salad
Serves 1

1⁄4 cup mung bean sprouts (or any other sprouts)

1⁄4 cup raw beetroot, peeled and grated

1 stick of celery, chopped, and the leaves

2 tbs finely sliced raw fennel

A large handful of leafy greens (spinach, rocket, lettuce, etc) 

1⁄2 avocado

sliced1⁄4 cup walnuts or almonds (we recommend using activated nuts for better digestion)

Dressing:
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tbs lemon juice

1⁄2 fresh chopped red pepper (or 1⁄2 tsp crushed red chili pepper)

1⁄4 cup fresh parsley (or mint)

A good pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup

Layer all ingredients except the leafy greens in a jar. Top with dressing and then add the leafy greens (they tend to hog all of the dressing if you add them first!). Enjoy - Don’t be shy when you are eating this one, you will need to dig it around a little to combine all the flavours. Alternatively, you can prepare this salad in a flat, box style container - just make sure the lid is sealed!
