ORGANIC ACTIVATED ALMONDS
Almonds are a powerhouse of minerals – in particular calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. The also provide us with protein, healthy fats and fibre. We use activated almonds in all our nut milks to further increases the bioavailability of the nutrients, and make them kinder on the digestive system.
ORGANIC APPLES (GREEN)
Green apples are lower in sugar, and slightly higher in potassium than other varieties. They are also full of antioxidants and a number of other minerals.
Avocado is a beautiful fruit. It is loaded with healthy fats, fibre, vitamin K, calcium, folate and vitamin C. Their combination of fats and vitamins make them an excellent food for the skin. Not only that, but they are high in lecithin – a food for our brains, and also assist in managing our cholesterol levels.
A fantastic liver cleanser, beetroot has been shown not only to improve liver function, but heal the liver and cleanse the blood.
Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, and are a low GI fruit – helping to keep blood sugar balanced.
We have included cacao as an option in our cleanse not only for its luscious deliciousness, but for it’s incredible antioxidant status (around 15 times higher than blueberries!), and mineral rich nature including magnesium, chromium, iron, zinc and vitamin C.
Mineral rich, creamy and delicious, cashews are a welcome addition to our team. They bring healthy fats, protein, and a whole host of minerals including magnesium, copper, selenium, iron, manganese and zinc. They also contain a nice amount of tryptophan, which is an essential amino acid known for its effect on healthy mood, improved sleep and regulation of appetite.
Carrots are well known for their vitamin A content, and aside from other minerals they are wonderful in cleansing as they also support liver and digestive function.
Celery is a natural diuretic, and so encourages the kidneys to release waste and toxins. It is also wonderfully alkalising, nutrient rich and replenishes electrolytes due to its combination of sodium and potassium partnered with other minerals.
Chia seeds are a wonderful addition to cleansing. They are full of a range of minerals, protein, and omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. They are also high in fibre, helping the body to eliminate stored waste and toxins.
A beautiful herb, cinnamon is warming to the digestion, balances the blood sugar, and assists circulation. It may also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels, and lends wonderful natural sweetness to the drinks.
ORGANIC COCONUT BUTTER
Coconut butter is a wonderful source of healthy fat, metabolised in the gut and converted directly to energy rather than being stored. It assists in keeping up feeling fuller for longer, and maintaining healthy blood sugar.

A quiet achiever, cos delivers vitamins K, A and C and a generous amount of antioxidants.
Majorly alkalising, cucumber flushes excess water and toxins out of the body, while hydrating and replenishing at the same time.
ORGANIC DANDELION GREENS
One of the most well known liver herbs in western herbalism, dandelion greens are diuretic (increase the kidneys flushing of waste), increase liver function, and are a bitter tonic to the digestive system. They are also extremely nutrient dense, being high in vitamins A and C, iron, calcium and magnesium.
Dill is a calming to the digestive system, and helps to soothe any upset or bloating. It is also mineral rich, and lends a lovely fresh, distinctive flavour.
ORGANIC E3LIVE AFA
E3Live AFA is a freshwater plant food with over 64 perfectly balanced and naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein, enzymes, essential fatty acids and other phytonutrients. AFA (or Aphanizomenon flos-aquae) contains more chlorophyll than any other whole food, and has an amazing protein profile. It is also said to improve energy, mood, balance blood sugar and improve hair and nail growth.
A fantastic herb, ginger brings warmth to calm the digestive system, and stimulates circulation. It is highly anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant, encouraging the production of digestive enzymes and protein metabolism. Ginger lends a fantastic spicy note to drinks.
A powerhouse of nutrients, kale has an incredible nutrient to calorie ratio. It is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, K, calcium, fibre, potassium and numerous others. Kale’s mix of nutrients and properties make it a true superfood.
Despite their taste, lemons are actually alkalising to the body. A well-known naturopathic tenet is a glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice and water first thing in the morning to stimulate digestive enzymes and wake up your digestion for the day. Lemons also deliver a fabulous amount of vitamin C, and assist in the nutrient absorption of many other minerals.
Lucuma is a Peruvian fruit with a wonderful nutrient profile. It provides a source of low GI sweetness, balanced with additional vitamins and minerals and a creamy citrus flavour.
Mangos are loaded with vitamin C, which helps the cleansing process in a number of ways. Firstly it helps to limit damage to the body via its antioxidant nature. It also regenerates other important antioxidants needed for detoxification (such as glutathione), and assists the body in eliminating heavy metals.
Maqui is a berry originating from Chile, and contains an incredibly high antioxidant profile – the highest of any fruit – and therefore helps to neutralise toxins. It gets its beautiful purple colour from compounds known as anthocyanins, an antioxidant that has many and varied positive effects on the body including enhanced cognition and vision, a reduction in inflammation, and improved capillary strength.

High in potassium, magnesium, fibre and a host of other nutrients, dates provide natural sweetness in a form that the body understands.
Renown for its anti-nausea and calming properties, mint is wonderfully soothing and relaxing to the digestive system. In addition to its refreshing taste, mint also helps to stimulate liver function.
Like a multi-mineral in a leaf, stinging nettle is a wealth of nutrition, providing calcium, magnesium, iron and vitamin A to those brave enough to tackle the prickles! Don’t worry, we have done this for you, so sit back and sip on the benefits. Nettle is also a diuretic, flushing the body of toxins and cleansing the blood.
Perhaps mostly recognized for its vitamin C content, oranges also contain a number of B vitamins, vitamin A, calcium and potassium. Oranges are also rich in flavanoids, which are compounds shown to have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
A fabulous detoxifier, parsley boasts lovely levels of vitamin C, A, iron and calcium and magnesium. The combination of vitamin C and iron increases the absorption of iron from parsley, and it also functions as a natural breath freshener.
Pears are low GI and high in fibre, making them a great choice to include in one of our smoothies. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in nature, they are also very easily digested.
ORGANIC PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT
No relation to typical table salt, Himalayan Sea Salt regulates electrolytes, balances blood sugar and blood pressure, supports our nervous system, and assists metabolism and digestion.
ORGANIC SLIPPERY ELM
Slippery elm is the ground inner bark of the slippery elm tree. It is healing and soothing to the digestive tract, and functions as a prebiotic – meaning it provides fuel for the good bacteria of the gut to flourish and grow. Once consumed, it is broken down by the gut bacteria and has a soothing effect on the stomach and colon. Slippery elm contains vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium and B vitamins.
Popeye’s favourite, and no wonder given the wonderful iron and protein in found in spinach. It is also high in vitamin A and assists in cleansing the blood.
Strawberries contain a huge amount of vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre to assist digestion. They are a low GI fruit, and so don’t spike the blood sugar, and they add a wonderful natural sweetness.
A powerful antioxidant, turmeric is highly anti-inflammatory and well used and particularly useful in digestive and liver issues. It’s stunning, bright colour shows that it means business, and it also has a calming action, reducing digestive upset.
Vanilla contains essential oils, vitamins and minerals, and also provides an intoxicating deliciousness to our nut milks.
Zucchini may not be your typical addition in a green juice, but we have included it not only for it’s antioxidant and vitamin content, but for its effect that it has on balancing blood sugar. Zucchini contains an effective combination of B vitamins, choline, zinc, magnesium, omega 3 which are all involved in proper glucose metabolism.
